Well Panama may be a bit expensive for me but I do like the idea of moving to Costa Rica for my retirement, but first I need to make sure that some of the financial issues like those found at http://www.mutualfundstore.com/planning-and-retirement/living-in-retirement/best-places-to-retire are not an issue here.
